THE ORDER OF CHANGES IN SCIENTIFIC ARTICLES

    Scientific articles submitted to the journal for publication are subject to a preliminary examination (the examination is carried out by members of the editorial board – experts in the relevant field), and then accepted under the current procedure for printing.
   The requirements for the procedure for forming the final form of the article are published in each issue of the journal.
   When accepting the handwritten form of an article, users of the journal report on the content and compliance with the basic requirements for the author and on the shortcomings contained in the article, which must be eliminated by the author before the diagnosis begins.
   Then the diagnostics of the scientific article is carried out within the current requirements by members of the editorial board or experts in the relevant field (candidates and doctors of sciences).
   Important features of the article should be justified in spelling. In particular, the scientific novelty, the importance of studying the problem, the historical and factual value of the article, the correctness of the citation, the methodology of the text, the use of literature of recent years, the shortcomings and shortcomings of the article.    At the end of the review, a general assessment is given in relation to the article and the conclusion of the editorial board is presented in the following contents: print; after correcting the shortcomings, it is recommended to print; it is not recommended to additionally send another specialist on the relevant issue; it is not recommended to print. The amount of filling should not be less than one page.
   A published scientific article that is recognized for publication, but does not need to be changed, will be sent to the authors with a letter of recommendation from the editors and authors. The author must correct the existing shortcomings and omissions and submit to the journal a ready-made printed and electronic form of the article with his previous manuscript. After correcting the existing shortcomings, the scientific article is replaced again and then issued by the editorial staff for its publication.
   An article on which positive changes are fixed and the publication of which is supported by the editorial board is accepted for publication.
   The process of feedback from buyers has not been received, The dissemination of a message about the handwritten article authentication process entails copyright infringement. Editors have no right to copy the text of the article and use it for their own needs.
   Editors, as well as members of the editorial delegation, cannot take advantage of the information contained in the text of a handwritten article.
Disputes in the publication of the journal are kept for a period of 5 years.
   When requesting publication of the journal, copies of the reviewers are sent to the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
